Just gave a look at Envoy fundamentals. A good value play (as of December 31, 2005): - Shares are trading at a deep discount from a conservative book value per share of $2.98. - Envoy has near zero long term debt ($230,601 versus a shareholders' equity of $72,307,374). - Envoy has a share issuer bid (bought during the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005, 2,447,417 shares). All figures above are in Canadian dollars. (A precision for my many American readers. I would like to receive comments from my Pennsylvanian readers.) May explain why some insiders are positive (see SEDI extract). Have a great day. G.L.

Salutations, G.L.
