With the money received on Geac take-over, I had thought that Enghouse could be a nice addition to The Insider Edge High Tech Portfolio. Enghouse share has gained more than 30% since my January post (corrected from the initial post). Because in the past, I have witnessed so many stocks favored by insiders who had doubled, I still believe that ESL will be a nice addition to The Insider Edge High Tech Portfolio. So, tomorrow, we will buy 100 shares. Welcome to all my new readers. Have a great day ! Gilbert Leblanc Tuesday, March 21

http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=ca:iex First picked for my dad at $0.80 (Remember insiders were buying at this price). Then, IEX went to $0.40. I told myself that at this new level, IEX could not be a bad deal. After all, IEX share were trading at 50% of the price paid by insiders. I decided to picked a block of 50,000 shares for my dad. Then it went below $0.20. Dad broker told us in December that may be we should take your lost on this one. No way ! I remembered what Buffet said. There is two rules to remember to be a successful investor. First, never lose money. The second. Never forget the first one. Have a great week. G.L. Sunday, March 19

Bon, avec un potentiel de profit par action de US$0.20 next year, I will not be surprised to see AMR shares reach $3.00 in 2006. The PSR is high (around 1.00) and AMR share is trading quite above its book value per share (around US$0.30 per share). Mes salutations, G.L. Saturday, March 11

Une semaine tranquille. A quite week again. Now, we know one of the seller on eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. Le Fonds de solidarité FTQ sold last February 28, 300,000 shares at $0.50. (I will not be surprised to learn next week that they sold more shares.) On the other hand, Patrice Commune bought on February 27, 3,000 shares at $0.78 (Poor guy. It costs him some money that he will not be able to put on his clothes...) Marcel Côté bought some for his personal porfolio: 2006-03-02 15,000 at $0.506 O.K. He didn't pick EGY shares at $0.40 but he did a good job to average down his EGY price cost. Have a great week end. G.L.

Just gave a look at Envoy fundamentals. A good value play (as of December 31, 2005): - Shares are trading at a deep discount from a conservative book value per share of $2.98. - Envoy has near zero long term debt ($230,601 versus a shareholders' equity of $72,307,374). - Envoy has a share issuer bid (bought during the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005, 2,447,417 shares). All figures above are in Canadian dollars. (A precision for my many American readers. I would like to receive comments from my Pennsylvanian readers.) May explain why some insiders are positive (see SEDI extract). Have a great day. G.L.

I gave a look to Firan last financial statements last week. Firan is trading at around $1.40. From a fundamental point of view, they are not cheap. - Trading above a conservative book value per share of $0.60. - At a PSR of 0.52. On the other hand, a PSR below 1.00 in the high tech sector is not too bad. Have a great week. G.L.
